This special literary dinner event features bestselling author Tess Gerritsen, acclaimed for her gripping thrillers and the beloved Rizzoli & Isles series.

Set against the warm, classic New England ambiance of the Publick House, guests will enjoy a delicious meal while diving into the art of mystery writing with Tess Gerritsen. She will read from her latest book, share insights about her writing, and conclude with an audience Q&A - offering fans a rare opportunity to engage directly with one of the genre’s most influential voices.

Whether you’re a devoted mystery reader, an aspiring writer, or simply looking for a memorable night out, Stewing Over Mysteries promises great food, lively conversation, and plenty of intrigue.

Tickets include a dinner of beef stew or vegetarian/gluten-free butternut squash bisque, rolls, coffee/tea and dessert.

All tickets are non-refundable, but we will do our best to help you resell them if possible.
Please note: The Stewing Over Mysteries event is not a fundraiser. The Friends of the JHPL work to make sure ticket prices are as affordable for all as possible. Donations to Zeffy help maintain this fee-free platform, but they do NOT go to the Joshua Hyde Public Library and are not required.
